6.2.3Solve addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems, including those arising in concrete situations, that use positive and negative integers and combinations of these operations.

#### Example Problems

$$5(-3)=$$
$$\frac{-12}{-6}=$$

$$\frac{4(-6)}{-2\cdot-2}=$$

#### Advice

Color code everything.

Same is Positive. Different is Negative.
\(\require{color} \require{enclose}\)
$$\frac{4(-6)}{-2\cdot-2}=$$
$$\frac{\color{blue}4\color{red}(-6)}{\color{red}-2\cdot-2}=$$
$$\frac{\color{red}-24}{\color{blue}4}=\color{red}-6$$
